Host A Book Giveaway
As a part of community Halloween celebrations, libraries, bookstores, groups and literacy organizations across Canada will also be hosting their own Books For Treats™ Canada Book Patch giveaway events. You can even get into the spirit at home as Books For Treats Canada gives Canadian families all of the resources, tips and tricks for giving out books as an alternative to candy at your doorstep this Halloween.
We’re excited that you want to join the Books For Treats Canada crew, bringing this fun celebration to your community.
We want to give you the tools and support you need to make your Books For Treats Canada experience a positive one. Therefore, we’re providing you templates and camera-ready images to use in your Books For Treats Canada activities. We want you to use these – there’s no charge to use them — and since the images are trademarked, we need to ensure they are used in a way that creates community and continuity.
So, here’s the scoop: Anyone using the Books For Treats Canada name, logo or other images is considered to have licensed the use of the Books for Treats Canada name, logos, and other identifying marks (referred to below as “Books for Treats Canada Marks” or just “Marks”). WHEN USING THE MARKS, USE THE FOLLOWING ATTRIBUTION IN FONT NO SMALLER THAN 8 PTS:
“Books for Treats™ Canada is a trademark of Books for Treats, and may not be used without written permission. Used hereunder by license.”
